Admission Procedure

At V Sugunammal Matric School, we welcome applications from students seeking a well-rounded education from pre-primary to Grade 8. Our admission process is simple, transparent, and designed to ensure a smooth experience for parents and students.

Step 1: Inquiry and Application Form

  • Parents/guardians can visit the school office or contact us during working hours to inquire about admissions.
  • Application forms can be collected from the school office or downloaded from our official website (if available).

Step 2: Submission of Application Form

  • Submit the duly filled application form to the school office within the specified time frame.
  • Required documents:
    • Copy of the student’s birth certificate.
    • 4 recent passport-sized photographs.
    • Address proof (e.g., Aadhaar, utility bill).
    • Previous academic records (for higher grades).
    • Transfer certificate (if applicable).

Step 3: Interaction and Assessment

  • For pre-primary and Grade 1 admissions, students may be required to attend an informal interaction with the teachers and/or principal.
  • For admissions to higher grades, students may undergo a basic assessment to evaluate their academic level.

Step 4: Admission Confirmation

  • Once the application is reviewed and the student qualifies, parents will receive confirmation of admission.
  • A fee structure and schedule will be shared, along with details of any other formalities.

Step 5: Payment of Fees

  • Admission will be finalized upon the payment of the required fees.
  • Parents can pay the fees at the school office through cash or other available payment methods.
